I provide counseling for adolescents and adults in Sugar Land. Although I enjoy working with a variety of challenges, my primary interest focuses on helping teenagers.

Imagine three scenarios:

  1. A teen who is injured and is adjusting to life after sports.
  2. A teen who is engaging in high-risk behaviors.
  3. A teen who has difficulty connecting with family and friends.

My passion is to help teenagers successfully transition through this challenging stage of life.

About

I was raised in Sugar Land, so my desire is to help families of this great city. My interest in helping teenagers began right out of college when I became a teacher and coach in Fort Bend ISD. With the ability to understand and connect with teens, I later became a Licensed Professional Counselor and opened a practice in Sugar Land. In addition to helping teens, I also provide individual and couple counseling for adults.

Education:

  • University of Houston-Victoria (Sugar Land campus): MEd, Counseling
  • The University of Texas at Austin: BBA, Marketing
  • San Jacinto Junior College (baseball scholarship)
  • Dulles High School
